Dante Apartment is an
independent apartment located within the Palazzo Gatteschi property, surrounded by greenery in the
Casentino, a short distance from Poppi and the Casentino Forests National Park.
The apartment is designed for
couples, families with children or small groups who wish to enjoy greater independence during their stay, while still having access to the outdoor spaces and services of the property.
The apartment includes:
- a double bedroom;
- a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen and two single beds, suitable also for children;
- a private bathroom with shower.
The interiors reflect the villa’s restoration philosophy:
original materials, reused furnishings and objects from the past have been reinterpreted with a contemporary and functional approach, creating a practical and welcoming space.
Outside, guests have access to a
dedicated outdoor area with table and chairs.
The
garden, park and seasonal swimming pool are
shared with the other apartments and the main villa, within a well-maintained and organised setting.
Palazzo Gatteschi is located
near the Casentino provincial road, ensuring
easy access and convenient connections to Poppi, Arezzo and the main attractions of the valley, making it ideal for active holidays, slow travel or itinerant stays.
The apartment offers
private on-site parking within the fully fenced property and is

Rate notes
The room rate does not include the buffet breakfast, which can be booked separately at a cost of € 8.00 per person
(reduced rate available for children).
For direct bookings through our website, B&B reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
Prices include taxes, excluding the local tourist tax, which is € 2.00 per person per day for the first 4 days.
With the B&B formula, daily room cleaning and linen change are not included and are available on request at an additional cost.
The seasonal swimming pool is open from 20 May to 30 September, daily from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm.
Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge.
